License error

I've recently tried to get a jukebox working again for a friend, it had digital center on already and I've just updated it to the latest version (V5.1 Build 43) and now it's stuck in the limited / trial edition, I've tried activating it but i keep getting the following Error: wrong license file, is there any way I can resolve this?


I've tried e-mailing zenpoint but had no-reply.

Have you tried e-mailing support@zenpoint.org

Rick is usually on top of licensing issue. When I changed my PC I got a new file pretty quickly.
He will suggest that you check your spam folder.
