On my game cab it is never connected to the internet

1. If I already downloaded the software install file is internet required for install?

2. To activate the license, is the internet required?

I ONLY intend on using Zenpoint to play MTV videos. I have no interest in using the software for Radio, Karaoke, Movies or Photos
