Odd issue & No responce from support

I started the software up and got a box that said I'm 365 days of my 15 day trial. I thought it was odd since I have been using it for some time so I went to activate it again with the same file I was sent but the window said "Already activated!" I tried doing a repair of the software but this did not help any. How can I get it to work again?

Please write us and we will reset your license. You got more than one license and we need to know which one to reset.
